“A private membership club by Major Food Group designed for individuals who appreciate the highest caliber of dining and service, with a collection of amenities unlike anywhere else in Miami"- ZZ's Club
Only one year after its opening in the Miami Design District, ZZ's Club has become a Miami favorite due to its exclusivity, high-end hospitality, exquisite Japanese cuisine by renowned chefs, and elegant world-class design by Ken Fulk.
The successful New York-based restaurant company Major Food Group (MFG), which has a loyal following, opened ZZ's Club—a private membership club in April 2021, shortly after their successful launch of Carbone Miami.
Major Food Group (MFG) is led by hospitality industry leaders Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick.
The exclusive Japanese restaurant is a membership club concept in a partnership with two well-known Japanese and top sushi chefs, Kevin Kim and Masa Ito, bringing world-class sushi and Japanese cuisine at its best.
The menu includes Zz's Club Chef Selection, Sushi Rolls, Sashimi, Carpaccio, Whole Crispy Snapper, Steamed Asian bass, Caviar, East Coast Oysters, Filet, and classic cocktails, all carefully curated to give the best guest experience.
The restaurant's décor is designed by renowned interior designer Ken Fulk, who leads a team of 75 architects, designers, branding specialists, and event specialists. He is well-known for his designs for Major Food Group venues and recent Miami openings such as Swan, Strawberry Room, and the Goodtime Hotel by Groot Hospitality.
The club offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Second-floor amenities include a cigar terrace, backgammon balcony, and an intimate bar and lounge.
Major Food Group (MFG)’s other restaurants include: Carbone locations in New York, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, and Miami; Contessa (Boston); Santina (New York); The Lobster Club (New York); Dirty French (New York); HaSalon (Miami); The Grill (New York); Sadelle's (Miami, Las Vegas, New York); ZZ's Clam Bar (New York); and Parm (New York).
