Tarpon Bend Home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
This new-build family home, designed by Strang Design is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, by the river and surrounded by tropical foliage. It features a balanced blend of hard materials such as concrete and rough keystone, complemented by soft natural surroundings including a lush architectural garden. The design reflects the modernism-inspired vision of studio founder Max Strang, who incorporated site-specific and climate-specific considerations into the rectilinear frame to embody the concept of “regional or environmental modernism.”
