On March 12, 2025, LVMH announced the appointment of 29-year-old Frédéric Arnault as the new CEO of the Italian luxury brand Loro Piana.

Arnault one of the sons of LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault, will begin the position later this month and will work alongside the Loro Piana's current CEO, Damien Bertrand, during the transition period. He will report directly to Toni Belloni, the chairman of LVMH Italy.

Outing CEO Bertrand, has been appointed as the deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton, effective June 10. He will report to Pietro Beccari, the CEO of Louis Vuitton, and will be responsible for overseeing product creation, brand image, and industrial activities. Bertrand is set to join the LVMH executive committee in January of next year.

According to Vogue Business, “LVMH doesn’t break down sales of individual houses but stressed “a remarkable performance” in its annual earnings statement. Depending on analyst estimates, sales at Loro Piana were between €2 billion and €3 billion in 2024. They were approximately €700 million in 2013 when LVMH acquired 80 per cent of the Italian house for €2 billion."

In another leadership change, Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, currently the managing director of the LVMH Fashion Group, will take on the role of deputy CEO of Dior, reporting to Delphine Arnault, the chairman and CEO.

LVMH also announced that a new CEO for Fendi will be announced soon. Notably, all five of Bernard Arnault’s children now hold senior leadership positions within the group.
