In July, Dior announced that Seven-Time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton, would join as its newest brand ambassador and guest designer for a lifestyle capsule with Dior's Men creative director Kim Jones.

The newly released collection launched in Dior's London store on October 10, redefines outdoor culture with a touch of couture. It offers "everything from ready-to-wear to accessories, including the Blade Sneakers."

The Lifestyle Capsule campaign, according to Dior, “leans into the multi-talented racing driver’s streetwear sensibility to charge the Lifestyle Capsule centered around skiing and snowboarding,” and Hamilton’s and Jones’ “shared love of nature, a desire to celebrate Africa and an interest in the artisanal processes and techniques that unite craftspeople in Africa with the savoir-faire of the ateliers.”

In an Instagram post Hamilton said, “Much love to everyone who came out to celebrate my first capsule collection with @dior. A lot went into this and to see it go from an idea to a reality that’s now out in stores and online is surreal. Massive thanks to Dior, @mrkimjones, and everyone who has worked to tell this story with me. Look out for what’s next, we’re just getting started.”
