Contemporary Approaches | June 2024

Bernard Arnault-LVMH Chairman and CEO: “In many ways, our houses are the symbol of France, of its elegance, its audacity and its style. So it's only natural that we should lend our support to an event that will spotlight France, and Paris in particular, all over the world.”

LVMH, the industry leader in luxury, craftsmanship and hospitality, is the Premium Partner of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games set for July 26- August 11. This strategic partnership is poised to transform the games, with LVMH's exceptional Savoir-Faire in French hospitality taking center stage.

“Already confirmed: LVMH-owned jeweller Chaumet will design the Olympic and Paralympic medals; Moët Hennessy wines and spirits maisons will provide their products as part of hospitality programmes during the event; and Sephora will be a partner for the Olympic torch relay, proposing activations for the public. It’s understood that watch brands won’t take part, given Omega – owned by Swatch Group – is the official timekeeper of the event,” according to a Vogue Business article.

“The Games are an opportunity to make France shine,”-Antoine Arnault

LVMH is also set to sponsor athletes, including French swimmer Léon Marchand and the French delegation will be dressed by one of LVMH’s Maisons. They will also support the French Popular Relief charity program, which aims to provide access to sports for 1000 children.

With the world's eyes on Paris for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, this strategic partnership will showcase LVMH's world-class hospitality and expertise in providing exceptional French Savoir-Faire.
